Seán Murphy

Seán is a dual qualified (Ireland & England & Wales) solicitor in our litigation department. He advises both private and commercial clients on commercial, property, probate, breach of contract, family and employment matters. Seán has represented clients in the District, Circuit and High Court.

Seán initially joined Gartlan Furey in 2016 qualifying as a solicitor in 2020 and re-joined the firm in January 2025 following two years working with a top commercial firm in London. While in London Seán worked on complex professional negligence matters for both private corporations and insurance companies.
