Dylan Walsh

Dylan joined Gartlan Furey LLP in 2021 having qualified as a solicitor in 2018.

Dylan works in the Lending and Corporate Teams.   He acts on an array of lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers. This includes all aspects of a lending transaction from drafting and negotiation of the loan and security documentation to carrying out full investigations of title and lease reviews of both residential and commercial properties.  He also has extensive real estate experience and advised financial institutions, venture capital funds, asset managers and receivers on the acquisition and disposal of distressed property. As well as advising on each of the stages of property transactions, Dylan has considerable experience in security enforcement.

On the Corporate Team Dylan acts for clients’ businesses where he advises them on matters such as company formations, share acquisitions and disposals and establishing General Partnerships (including Family Partnerships) and Limited Partnerships.
